Welcome
Here you will find information about how it will work in your assignment through us, and how you will use our consultant portal for time reporting and invoicing.
About the Consultant Portal
Each consulting company has its own “main account” linked to the company’s organization number. Consultants and employees are linked to this account – either only as profiles (consultant with CV) or with their own user accounts to be able to log in themselves.
All staff are thus linked to the consulting company’s “main account”. What each person can see and do in the portal is governed by the rights assigned to their user account:
If you do not have login details for the portal, please contact us at info@asocietygroup.com.
Report time for consultants and view previous timesheets.
View past invoices and payment status of upcoming payments.
View existing assignments and apply for new missions.
Join mailing lists to receive targeted mailings based on region and area of expertise.
Link consultants and employees to the company account and create user accounts for them.
See statistics on our cooperation.
User account
Create a new user account
If you have Sales, Administrator or CEO rights, you can create new user accounts yourself for consultants and colleagues who need access to the portal.
The features a user has access to depend on the rights assigned to their account:
- Consultant - can only report time for the contract they are linked to. Does not have access to contract details.
- Sales - can track time for themselves and consultants, view contracts, edit basic company account details and apply for jobs.
- Administrator - has the same rights as Sales but can also change payment details on the company account.
- CEO - has the same rights as Administrator.

Invoicing
We apply self-billing, which means that you should NOT send us an invoice, instead the consultant’s hours worked during the current time reporting period and any expenses are reported in our consultant portal. Based on the time report, a self-invoice is then created and sent to the e-mail address(es) specified in the “Finance department” contact field of the company’s account in the portal. For payment terms, please refer to your specific contract.
On the first invoice, you will receive a serial number (invoice number) for your self-bills. The serial number has the format AAAAA-B, where A is a unique number for you as a supplier and B is an ascending number for each invoice.
Our invoicing is open between the first (1st) and fifth (5th) working day of each month. This means that timesheets and corrections or additions must be received before or within this window to be included in regular invoicing. Anything not received within our invoicing window will only be processed during the next month’s invoicing and payment will be postponed by one month.
For more information and answers to frequently asked questions, see our FAQ.
Check that the company has the correct organization number and VAT number in the portal.
Check that the contact fields "Finance department" (recipient of self-billing) and "Time and Cost reports" (recipient of timesheets) are filled in.

Time reporting
You decide who should report time for an assignment – the consultant himself, the consultant manager, or another employee at the company. To report time for someone else, the person’s user account must have at least the right “Sales”.
Time reporting is done monthly by default, which means that you do not need to report day by day, but only all the hours the consultant has worked during the month added together,
it takes a maximum of 1.5 minutes to do. In the report, you also enter any expenses and allowances.
It is very important that the reports are filled in correctly and submitted on time, as they form the basis for your invoicing to us. The deadline for reporting is by default the last day of each month and corrections or additions can be made until the fifth (5th) working day of each month.
A guide for time reporting is available for download here or under Quick Guide and Documents in the portal.
