We are now looking for a Business Manager for our office in Lund who wants to be involved in developing business within Engineering. Here you will have the opportunity to work with some of the region’s most innovative companies in areas such as product development, mechanics, electronics, embedded systems, automation, and software.

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating, driving, and developing business with existing and new customers. You will be a natural link between the customer’s needs and the right expertise in our network of specialists and partners.

You will drive sales, business, and relationships in an environment where quality and trust are crucial.

 

You will:

  • Match the right consultants to assignments in engineering and product development
  • Drive the entire sales process – from prospecting to agreement and delivery
  • Build and develop relationships with technology and engineering companies in the region
  • understand customers’ organizations, technical challenges, and skill needs
  • follow up on deliveries and ensure that our consultants and customers receive the best possible support
  • work closely with colleagues in the region to further develop our business and presence in southern Sweden.

 

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • a background in technology or engineering – through education or work experience
  • several years of experience in the consulting industry, staffing, or technical sales
  • a keen interest in business and relationships, especially in engineering
  • the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
  • a high level of drive and a desire to develop as our region grows
  • a fast pace, good prioritization skills, and a strong desire to develop yourself, our customers, and A Society
