Business Manager at A Society Stockholm

A Society is a modern consulting firm specialising in IT and R&D. We provide our Techsperts with access to some of Sweden’s most exciting assignments and collaborate with leading companies in technology and innovation. With offices in eight locations across the country, we continue to grow, and we are now looking for a driven Business Manager with a high level of activity among our existing and new customers for our expanding Stockholm office on Humlegårdsgatan.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate one of our largest customers.
  • Map and cultivate new customers in the region.
  • Maintain contact with consultants and partners to help them find assignments.
  • Select consultants and present them to customers.
  • Negotiate contract issues such as fees and prices.

 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the staffing or consulting industry.
  • Experience in appointing consultants or conducting recruitment in the tech sector.
  • Relevant college or university education in, for example, economics, HR or systems science.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.

 

Personal qualities:

  • Driven in sales and finding new business opportunities.
  • Ability to organise your own work, prioritise correctly and plan your time.
  • Social and communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
