Business Manager for A Society in Gothenburg

We are located in several places around Sweden. We are now looking for a driven Business Manager to join our expansive team in Gothenburg.
About the role
As a Business Manager, you are a key person in our growth journey. You build long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities in Tech and match the right consultants to the right assignments. You work closely with customers, partners and consultants – and have a clear responsibility for the entire business process: from first contact to signed agreements and further development of the business.
Your main tasks:
- Identifies and establishes new customer partnerships in areas such as defense, automotive, public sector and medtech.
- Developing existing customer relationships and deepening cooperation in the field of technology
- Matching assignments with the right consultants
- both internally and via our partner network.
- Negotiates terms and takes responsibility for the profitability of the business – Works closely with colleagues in Gothenburg and other offices in Sweden.
We believe that you have:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the consulting or staffing industry.
- Previously worked with consultant appointments or recruitment, preferably in Tech (IT/R&D).
- Relevant post-secondary education, e.g. in finance, HR or systems science.
- Good experience working with customers in, for example, defense, automotive, public sector or medtech.
- Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
