We are now looking for a driven Business Manager to join our expansive team in Örebro.
About the role
As a Business Manager, you are a key person in our growth journey. You build long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities in Tech and match the right consultants to the right assignments. You work closely with customers, partners and consultants – and have a clear responsibility for the entire business process: from first contact to signed agreements and further development of the business.
Your main tasks:
- Identify and establish new customer partnerships in, for example, the defense and automotive industries and medtech.
- Matching assignments with the right consultants – both internally and through our partner network.
- Negotiates terms and takes responsibility for the profitability of the business.
- Works closely with colleagues in Örebro and other offices in Sweden.
We believe that you have:
- Relevant sales experience in the consulting industry or staffing.
- Previously worked with consultant appointments or recruitment, preferably in Tech (IT/R&D).
- Relevant post-secondary education, e.g. in sales, finance, HR or systems science.
- Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Developed a good self-leadership.
